How Our Mentorship Works
An initial evaluation is conducted at the start of the mentorship program to determine the participant’s current skill level and educational background. People needed to have finished or be enrolled in an approved sonography course in order to be eligible. After being selected, participants are matched with seasoned mentors who assist them throughout real-world ultrasound training.
The Programme is Structured into Several Phases

First Orientation
Participants go through a thorough orientation that covers machine handling, safety procedures, and ultrasonography techniques.

Practical Training
Mentees will conduct ultrasound examinations while being supervised, with an emphasis on real-world clinical circumstances. Mentors provide ongoing input to improve abilities at this time.

Options for Specialisation
Depending on their interests and professional objectives, participants might concentrate on particular fields including obstetrics, gynecological, abdominal, or musculoskeletal ultrasonography.

Assessment and Feedback
In order to track advancement, regular assessments are carried out. These are followed by in-depth feedback sessions.
Completion: Participants earn an acknowledgment of completion upon meeting all practical needs and demonstrating the necessary competencies. Sonographers are not the only healthcare professionals who can benefit from the training; doctors and nurses who wish to increase their understanding of ultrasounds can also benefit. However, in order to guarantee that participants may participate completely in the practical aspects of the course, a minimum level of previous ultrasound instruction is required.
